• Only business-to-business (B2B) enterprises with fundamentally stable medium to long-term perspective
• Our previous investments include: industrials, semiconductors, software, healthcare, automotive

• Investing in businesses where we can be a partner to entrepreneurs, management teams and co-owners, we believe in creating value by being a supportive investor
• Closely involved in strategic matters like recruiting, financing, international expansion and add-on acquisitions
• Supporting expansion of production, sourcing or end markets in Asia and/or Europe
