Peter is a partner with New Industrial Partners. Peter has more than 15 years of direct investment experience and additional 8 years industry experience.

Peter has estalished himself as a leding expert in Asian-led cross-border acquisitions in the industrial technology space. He was responsible for a number of successful and complex investments, including Preciseley Microtechnology Corp (exited to Hankook Tyre & Technology), Telit's Automotive Communications Business, Brookstone (exited to SanPower Group) and Exocad (exited to Carlyle).

He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a MSc in Computer Science from TUM, Germany.

Michael is a partner with New Industrial Partners. Michael has over 20 years investment experience mainly in international buyouts. After starting in venture capital during the dotcom boom he spent nearly a decade with Apax Partners, a global private equity firm, working on a number of high-profile deals in Europe and the US. He subsequently moved to Asia to help establish the firm’s Asian operations. He has completed multiple Asia centric investments in various partnerships over the last years.

The first Executive Director of INSEAD’s PE Centre, he continues teaching the MBA Leveraged Buyout elective at the school. He is the co-author of the standard textbook "Mastering Private Equity” (Wiley, 2017). He serves on the education committee of the Hong Kong Venture Capital Association.

MBA from INSEAD and MSc in Business Administration from HHL Leipzig.
